Northshore HVAC began when our founders grew tired of big-box HVAC shops upselling parts homeowners did not need. We built a Chicagoland team of NATE-certified technicians who explain options in plain language and stand behind every repair with a written guarantee.
Why we started
We wanted a heating and cooling company that treated every house like our own — where techs arrive in marked vans, wear floor protectors, and leave systems cleaner than they found them. Today that philosophy still drives hiring, training, and pricing.

Every lead technician carries NATE credentials, EPA 608 refrigerant certification, and ongoing factory training from the brands we install most. We document photos, pressures, and temperatures so you always know what we changed and why.
